Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the NextMenu platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using NextMenu on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

Description of Service

NextMenu provides a digital menu platform that allows restaurant owners to create, manage, and share QR code-based menus with their customers. The service includes menu creation tools, multi-language support, QR code generation, and analytics.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice to active account holders.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update this information as needed to keep it current.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use NextMenu only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the platform to publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Menu content must accurately represent the items and prices offered by your establishment. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your menu information.

You may not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform, including but not limited to transmitting viruses, overloading servers, or using automated systems to access the service.

Intellectual Property

The NextMenu platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-provided menu content), is owned by NextMenu and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all menu content, images, and descriptions you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant NextMenu a non-exclusive license to display and distribute this content as part of the service.

Limitation of Liability

NextMenu is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextMenu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through your dashboard or by contacting support.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of any material changes via email or through the platform.

Your continued use of NextMenu after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
